Night Owl Cabins
We haven't camped since before Madge was born. I dusted everything off and we headed to Pike Lake for the weekend. The cabins are so great - it's essentially just like camping. The cabins are small and pretty bare bones but the plus side is the fridge and electricity inside. There isn't water or a washroom - that's the camping part. There's an outhouse (and a flush toilet/shower area) and you get water from the communal tap. Our site (as you can see below) was so perfect, completely enclosed in trees and private. The beach was just a short walk down a path.
We loved it. We're going again in August and we booked two weeks next summer!
