Bitty Baby Takes a Ride

I dug this stroller out of the garage. Didn't think Maddie would be interested - couldn't have been more wrong! She thinks this thing is the bees knees. We brought it into the house and she pushed Baby around the island for about 20 minutes. I'm not kidding.

She's very interested in Baby these days. Says "Baby baby baby" and gives her a big hug and a lovely wet kiss. So far though, her favorite thing is to put Baby in the stroller and take her out of the stroller. And put her in the stroller and take her out of the stroller. And - well you get the idea.

The
Ladybug Hat!

(Maddie loves it and wears it with pride!)

Thank you again, Grandma Pollock!

Maddie doesn't quite have the "stand still and say cheese" part of photography yet. In fact, when I mentioned cheese she became a bit testy when I didn't produce said treat.

For all you Bosco fans (I know you're out there):
He has haayy feevah.
We haven't figured out what he's allergic to, but he's itchy and hive-y. Poor puppy.
So far benadryl is doing the trick.

Our new Vet: Why is it that beagles are always chubby?

Me: Because everyone thinks they're STARVING.

Grandma Pollock:

Thank you for the very adorable ladybug hat! It arrived the other day, but I can't seem to find your e-mail address. We'll have a photo shoot today, so stay tuned for pictures!

FOUR (i.e., yeah, 4) new words at supper:

1. bread
2. pea
3. ketchup (can you feel my pain?)
4. juice

We took a VERY long video of this, but I think your computer will start to smoke if I put it on here. So you'll just have to either visit or take our word for it.

FYI (i.e., For Your Information):
People at STA (i.e., Society for Treatment of Autism) ROCK (i.e., are the greatest ever)!!

In the mail today - another package. This time from all my peeps (e.g., friends too many to be named here) at STA. Thank you guys for sending me a card and these fabulous holiday socks (i.e., sock swap inspiration)!

Jeepers, I miss you guys sometimes! Thanks for making my day. The only thing that made me happier was watching Jason listen to Maddie blow bubbles in her glass of water.

A lovely package came in the mail the other day from Morgan! Inside was this dress (you can't imagine how soft it is) and a sweater from Malta and some sweet little socks.

Maddie loves shoes. Now that she's got the hang of these black Mary Janes she wants them all the time. Her other favorites are some teeny tiny blue crocs from Alyssa. So sweet.
