Whoever decided driving while talking on a cell phone was illegal clearly has not driven a car with a child under 5 in the backseat. THAT should be illegal.
Yeah like the time Matthew emptied his bottle of water into the cup holder of his car seat and I almost drove off the road trying to get the bottle out of his hand before the entire backseat flooded. Talking on a cell phone is nothing.
